Bullying
We want all of our students to feel valued, happy and confident.
"Bullying is behaviour by an individual or group, repeated over time, that intentionally hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally. Bullying can take many forms ... and is often motivated by prejudice against particular groups... It might be motivated by actual differences between children, or perceived differences."
Bullying behaviour can be physical, emotional, verbal or cyber in nature.
We are taking action to prevent bullying at Daventry Hill School by developing a caring ethos where bullying is regarded as unacceptable.
We have a relationship policy that is regularly updated, and we engage in anti-bullying work with our students across the school.
Students are actively encouraged to report any incidents of bullying.
Please refer to our relationship policy for more information.
