Destination data refers to information collected about what students go on to do after they leave school or college. This includes whether they move into further education, higher education, apprenticeships, employment, supported internships, training programmes, or adult social care pathways.
For schools and colleges, destination data helps track how well they are preparing young people for adulthood and their next steps. For employers and education providers, this data can offer insight into local trends, skills gaps, and where support or opportunities might be best directed. It plays a key role in shaping career education and informing future planning.
Our learners progress onto a variety of different pathways. These consist of:
More information about these different options is available in our learners' and family hub areas.
We are proud to work with an extensive number of providers across all of our sites, both locally and out of county. This is to ensure the right provider is identified for our learners upon leaving the Creating Tomorrow Trust.
Are you a training provider, college, university, or employer who would like to engage with a site? We are always delighted to invite stakeholders to our sites to talk to our learners. This can be done in a variety of ways. Please read the individual sites access policy document for more information, or connect with our careers team to explore further.
In the last year, from across our trust site schools we can report at transition points our learners went on to the following providers:
Updated Annually September – Next update: September 2025
This data shows the learners that have moved into post 16 education in their current setting, where possible.

At Creating Tomorrow Trust, we are passionate about supporting young people in preparing for life after education. Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) is integrated into everything we do, ensuring that each learner has a tailored and flexible plan for their future.
The term "careers" encompasses all potential future pathways, including employment, volunteering, and accessing adult social care providers and services. Our individualised approach ensures that every learner receives the support they need, no matter the direction they choose.
We believe a proactive CEIAG program is essential in equipping young people with the skills and experiences they need for life beyond school. From self-development opportunities to real-world experiences, we open doors to their future.
Across all our sites, CEIAG begins the moment a young person joins us - whether at age 4 at Daventry Hill School or age 11 at our other sites. We are committed to continually evolving our program to deliver the best in careers education and guidance.
To explore our full CEIAG program, including lessons, activities, events, and guest speakers, please visit our Curriculum Plans section.
We are proud to work closely with the South East Midlands Careers Hub. We are an affiliated member and offer our support as a SEND hub ambassador. We take pride in supporting other SEND schools in our community.
We value our relationship with previous learners. They are always welcome to return to their schools/college to meet our current learners and to share their stories and support others.
If you would like to join our alumni network and become a role model, please contact careersteam@creatingtomorrow.org.uk - we would love to hear from you.
