Parent Voice

We believe that parents and carers are essential partners in the education and wellbeing of our students. Your voice is not only welcomed — it is highly valued as a vital part of building a strong, collaborative school community.

We recognise that parents are the experts on their children, and their insights, experiences, and feedback help shape our approach to education, care, and support for pupils with SEND.

Working in Partnership

We are committed to open, honest, and ongoing communication with families. We know that strong partnerships lead to better outcomes, and we actively encourage parent and carer engagement throughout the year via:

  • Parent/carer surveys
  • Annual Reviews and EHCP discussions
  • Review meetings and feedback sessions
  • Coffee mornings and informal drop-ins
  • Workshops and school events

These opportunities allow families to contribute to school development, celebrate successes, and share concerns or suggestions in a supportive and respectful environment.

Listening, Responding, Improving

Feedback from families is used to:

  • Inform strategic planning and school improvement
  • Shape and enhance the curriculum and learning experiences
  • Improve support services and pastoral care

Whether you're involved in shaping your child's EHCP, attending a workshop, or joining us for a school celebration, your involvement makes a real difference.
